Games Denmark represents all businesses across the entirety of the Danish games industry; including independent developers, major companies, investors, publishers, homegrown heroes, game-relevant tech platforms as well as the service providers who keep the sector going on a day-to-day basis.

Our vision is to make Denmark a small creative super power for financial and artistic video games. We will reach that vision by creating the best possible environment for game development, focusing on building a sustainable and supportive ecosystem. This means fostering a thriving games industry that produces world-class games and providing robust support for studios and individual professionals to grow and succeed. Our work is supported and funded by our members and partners.

Games Denmark was founded in May 2024 by 28 founding companies from across the Danish games industry to accelerate the growth and international reach of the Danish game development ecosystem. That mission remains at the core of our work today. Games Denmark is a member-driven organization, with Danish game development companies and industry stakeholders as members. Our members represent over 90% of the Danish game industry measured on revenue. We work nationally, but with strong ties to regional ecosystems, as well as international partners in both public and private sectors.
