The People & Culture Network is a professional network for People & Culture (P&C) practitioners within the Danish games industry. Its mission is to strengthen working conditions, professional standards, and knowledge-sharing across studios in Denmark.
Founded in 2022 by Funday Games, the network brings together HR, People & Culture, and organizational development professionals to exchange insights, discuss industry-specific challenges, and collaborate on initiatives that support a sustainable and inclusive games industry.
The network meets twice a year: in the spring in Aarhus, hosted by Funday, and in the autumn at a partner studio in Copenhagen or the surrounding area. Each gathering typically includes presentations, facilitated discussions, and opportunities for informal networking, with a focus on topics such as talent development, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and leadership in creative industries.
