Deadline for Spilfremme applications

Get funding for activities that create awareness of Danish Games and boost the skills and knowledge in the local game dev scene. Send us your application before noon on August 15.

NIMBI’s Spilfremme pool provides grants for activities that advance Danish digital games and the broader games industry. That means anything from spreading the word about Danish digital games (at home or abroad), to sparking pro-level discussions in the scene, or diving into what makes Danish games unique in terms of story and design.

In other words: projects and ideas that can improve the quality of Danish games and help them reach a wider audience.

Spilfremme has previously supported events such as SpilBar and Nordic Game Jam, publications like ‘The Importance of Digital Games’, and initiatives aimed at promoting Danish children’s games. So there’s plenty of room for different formats and creative ideas to get funded.
