Games Denmark represents all businesses across the entirety of the Danish
games industry; including independent developers, major companies,
investors, publishers, homegrown heroes, game-relevant tech platforms as
well as the service providers who keep the sector going on a day-to-day
basis.
By focusing on three strategy pillars; Growth, Knowledge and Awareness,
we will elevate the Danish games industry to unprecedented heights within
the next 5 years, and propel our collective story of success to the forefront
of the national stage. We will do so by doubling our revenue from 3.6
billion DKK to 7.2 billion DKK, while creating 50% more jobs across the
industry.
We work across a wide range of initiatives and activities, from policy to
community, from events to investment to help support and bolster the
Danish games industry. We acknowledge that the Danish games industry
has a rich history and heritage that has thrived on collective responsibility
and collaboration. This is mirrored in the many amazing activities that
already exist and are born within the industry. Some activities and initiatives
naturally find their home within our organisational structure, directly
benefiting from our resources and support. However, many flourish and
evolve within the vibrant communities or among the many stakeholders
that make up and support our industry. Our goal is to empower all
stakeholders and communities, providing them with the tools and support
they need - when we can; while also recognising that the sustainable
success of our industry relies on a shared commitment to its growth and
